Introspection: Setup your phone system in less than 12 hours

Tim · 1 year agoI've wasted hours dealing with lying sales people to 1 hour wait time to BS answers..They really let me down.

Jeff Haynie · 1 year agoWow, that sucks and I'm sorry. I'll pass that info along to the CEO.

Rena Davenport · 1 year agoI agree with Jeff ~ sorry Tim! I had another VOIP provider before switching to Vocalocity and I was so far beyond frustrated. A couple of the reasons I chose Vocalocity include the PBX system (AKA Auto Attendant) and no pay per minute charges (unlimited minutes) and the bonus was unlimited fax (similar to efax but efax charges per minute after the first so many minutes). I was set up without a glitch. I recently added a second account for the nonprofit organization I'm starting (watch for it at www.angelwingflights.org). My sales rep is the biggest darling in the world, anytime I need customer service they all speak fluent English (I'm not speaking with someone in a foreign country) and my phone bill is accurate every month. The peace of mind that I've recieved by switching allows me a clear head to focus on my businesses - thanks Vocalocity!!! You are the best!

kd · 1 year agoI had vocalocity. Their service had problems, but their people service was absolutely TERRIBLE. They repeatedly did not return phone calls they said they would and never resolved problems. They even now are sending out surveys to customers that canceled. I guess TONS of people are canceling because their service is BAD! I just have no respect for this company or the management. I repeatedly tried to call the management and no one would talk with me.

kalll · 1 year agoI am not familiar with this phone service, can anybody tell me if I can use it for residential phone service? I need this for my future plans as I will soon start working from home. Thanks!
